Sacred Somatic Journeys combine bodywork, breathwork, sound and energy healing to create a powerful and effective form of deep healing that works into the tissues of the body and in the energy field in and around the body. Through this technique we access places within that have been separated and bring them back into wholeness.
If you are new to this work you can book a one to one session with L'aura or another approved practitioner which is a precursor to all trainings and workshops.
