A Warm Welcome Awaits
​Join Laura and Cat for a beautifully crafted journey where we spiral inward and down with the Earth as our guide. Through breath, sound, movement and other somatic practices we will prepare our inner landscape for immersion into spring. The land at Bala Brook is ancient, magical and holds quartz crystals in its very core of granite rock. Laura and Cat are experienced retreat holders and will guide you for each step through this transformative experience.

We are back for our 5th Moon Retreat! The Moon Retreats 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 were extraordinary so we are going again.
Together we will be using breath work, sound healing & energy healing to journey back ourselves, to allow more of who we truly are to be here now. No experience necessary, you will be fully guided on this beautifully crafted retreat. This retreat is for all women of all ages.

We will meet on Thursday 27th March 2025 (arrival between 4pm and 5pm) at Bala Brook Retreat Centre in South Brent, Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor and we will close our circle on Sunday 30th at 11.30am.
Costs include all food, accommodation and a program of activities that you can partake in as much or as little as you like.
