  • Maintain accurate professional records

  • Communicate regarding appointments

  • Meet insurance and legal obligations

Certain health information is necessary for me to provide safe and appropriate sessions. Without this information, I may not be able to offer services.

  • Your email address may be stored in my email account.

  • Email and text correspondence remains stored within those systems.

  • Digital devices are password protected.

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data.

Third-Party Service Providers

I use trusted third-party providers, including:

  • Wix (website hosting)

  • Outlook

  • Natwest, PayPal, Wix Payments

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR.

I do not sell or pass your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your information will only be shared where required by law (for example, safeguarding obligations).

How Long I Keep Your Data

In line with professional insurance requirements, client records are retained for 7 years after your last session, after which they are securely destroyed.

I do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
