Service Description

The heart and lungs are intimately connected with our capacity to love, grieve, receive and fully inhabit life. In this one-day Sacred Somatic Journeys® workshop, we gently explore the body through touch, nervous system awareness and embodied presence. Together we create a space to listen to what the body has been holding, allowing emotions, sensations and breath to unfold in their own time without force or expectation. As the chest begins to soften, many people experience a greater sense of openness, freedom and connection to themselves. Whether you are carrying loss, protecting your heart, feeling disconnected, or simply longing to breathe more deeply into life, this workshop offers an opportunity to meet yourself with compassion and discover what becomes possible when the body is given permission to lead.
