17 minutes sitting meditation and gentle breathwork designed to guide you into your heart space with the intention of being present and in a state of flow and ease.


Make sure to set yourself a comfortable and quiet space before beginning. You may want to have handy a glass of water and some tissues.


You can do this meditation anytime of the day and is best done in the days leading up to or directly following the summer solstice.
