A short process to bring you back into aligment with yourself and the natural world at the time of the winter solstice. It can take as long as you need (recommended 30 - 60 minutes).

The breath throughout the audio is both in and out of the mouth.

You will need somewhere comfortable to lay and sit on the floor with cushions and blankets, water to drink, pen, paper and an envelope.
